DOES FHC ACCEPT INSURANCE?
FHC is a direct access, cash pay service system. We work for patients not for insurance companies. This frees us of the insurance minutia that often increases premiums, delays care, and can restrict the individuals access to the real care they need. Our cash service comes with a Superbill upon request should an insured individual wish to turn in costs to their insurance.
DOES FHC WORK WITH PRIMARY CARE PHYSICIANS AND REFERRALS?
Yes, Functional Health Consultants accepts referrals by primary care providers. We are able to work directly with providers to ensure your care is being communicated and seamlessly connected.
DOES FHC OFFER VIRTUAL CONSULTATIONS?

DOES FHC OFFER PEDIATRIC REHABILITATION, PRE-HABILITATION, AND/OR PERFORMANCE APPOINTMENTS?
Yes, all services provided by FHC are available for all ages, including pediatrics. Performance and pre-habilitation are specifically geared towards pediatrics.
